A message from Michaela

Welcome to Pneuma Meditation- If you’re here, you may be finding yourself needing to explore what true presence means for you, currently suffering an injury or painful experience that you need liberation from, going through a transitional period (we know how fun those can be :)) or just curious about how meditation can add value to your life. Whatever the reason may be, rest assured that meditation can transform not only your life, but your way that you participate in this world. I created Pneuma with the intention of building a community of meditators that wanted to transform their ways of being, and can therefore express their wisdom embodied in their souls onto others. After experiencing a major injury that altered my life, I founded meditation- a cure for my very uncertain life at the time. Meditation kept me present and grounded, helping to see things more clearly...maybe clearer than I wanted it to be at the time. Going inward helped to transform the physical, mental, and emotional pain, eventually leading me to my purpose: Helping others with going inward, and liberating them from pain. We all experience it, and should have the tools to liberate ourselves from it. Presence is achievable as impermanence is the only constant in our lives. Meditation gave me my life back and opened my eyes to what life truly is: here and now. I’d love to take you on a journey to help you experience the same. Namaste 🙏🏻
