I bet that I can calm your nerves when it comes to meditating, as there’s nothing to do, more about what you’re not doing… well, maybe that actually makes you more nervous.

What will make you feel good, is your trust in an experienced guided meditation instructor, that will adjust each session to your needs.

Just showing up is getting yourself about 90% of the way there, as that tells me more about your willingness to be open to receiving.

I am hopeful that our sessions will foster a relationship with yourself, one in which you’ve dreamt of having for quite some time…
